Bug fixes and minor improvements.

The Click2Report™ app now supports custom fields.  The Incident Request screen will show custom fields that are associated with incident type, allowing users to provide their communities with more pertinent data about incidents that occur.

This version also includes bug fixes and stabilization improvements.
