Coaches, teachers, parents, workers, students alike are moving away from structured and social learning environments to learning on their own and online. It has become even more important to aid coaches in understanding and developing the ways we each prefer to be coached and to learn. The focus of the app is therefore now on providing a toolkit for Coaching. Identical psychological methodologies as previous version, with addition of new Influencing and Questions sections.
