Fixes for crashes introduced by iOS11

This version of AD HelpDesk is a major update which aims to make AD HelpDesk a complete replacement for tools such as ADU&C and ADSI edit.

New capabilities include:

-Support for cross-domain management
-Ability to delete objects from AD (using swipe to delete)
- Ability to create any object
-Ability to edit any non-binary attribute of any object in the directory (including special editors for multi-valued string attributes, time based attributes like account expires, and DN based attributes like manager)
-Moving and renaming of any object
-Viewing and editing of any object type in the directory (beyond users, computers, and groups)
-Triggering of VPN on demand
-Support for IPV6 networks

Fix a crash that could happen in iOS5 handling error conditions.  Frequently this manifested itself when attempting to connect to an unavailable domain controller, but occasionally other error conditions would cause the problem as well.

-Enable simple management of multiple domains through “Settings Profiles”

-Fixed a bug that would prevent navigating back from a user that didn't have a display name set.

-Fixed a bug that would prevent login or password reset when the password contained a non english character (for example ü or ñ)

Fix an issue where Win2K3 DCs reported passwords as expired when they were not.

Fix a problem with password resets in environments where DNS is not working.

Ability to browse for and enable/disable computer accounts

IOS 4 enhancements, such as background task completion and new icons

Send new passwords to users in a text message if the user has a mobile phone set in Active Directory.

Ability to specify an IP address for the default domain controller to work around DNS issues.

Improved diagnostic messages

Fixed an issue where disabled accounts would show as disabled if they were also set to "Force password reset at next login"
