Added ability to disable notifications through the Schedule Send scren.

- Daily frost notifications now use clearer wording and include a plain-language freshness timestamp (for example, “Updated now” / “Updated 42 mins ago”), so users can quickly see how current the forecast is.
- Background refresh support has been added to request more frequent weather updates in the background, improving the chance that scheduled notifications use up-to-date forecast snapshots.

Improvement to Notification logic

User requested FREE update includes the ability to schedule your daily notification. This version also fixed a bug which sometimes pulled a cached forecast into the notification. Thank you for the suggestion and please email me for more ideas!

Bug fix. The app sometimes sent the wrong weather data in the notifications. This is now working correctly.
