Fixed issue with recipes sometimes not saving when first starting the app.

Export now includes prices with VAT

Added export of ingredients to a csv file for editing in excel. If you edit the file with new prices you can reimport it, and it will update the costs in the app.

Added the ability to import a list of ingredients from a CSV file. These imported ingredients can replace existing ingredients of the same name, or be added as well. Also a change so that the screen doesn't become unusable with large text selected.
