Added the Ontario Log Scale and the Doyle Log Scale.

This version is compatible with Ipad.

When you are selecting log diameters, the done button will always be on the bottom of the screen, instead of having to scroll down to it. As soon as you select a diameter, the undo button appears.

In Firewood Calculator, for stack width, you may select inches or feet.
