Correção bug na exibição das notificações

Bug fix to stop crashes when a site location is no longer supported on the Clear Sky Charts website.  Doing a new installation and chart update will clear the outdated sites from the app database.  An error message will display if currently selected locations are removed in future.

Fixed the Delete Chart option on the menu.  Minor home screen adjustment.

Updated for iOS 13.  Implements auto layout to fit all iPhone screen sizes better.  Contains latest CSC database.
