1. Ambient Notes: You can now choose which section notes are displayed in the Ambient Notes preview and transferred to the patient chart, and, for some sections, you can select an alternative section of the chart to transfer AI-generated section notes.
2. Ambient Notes with iScribe AI:
- You can now set user preferences to style the note output. You can alter the verbosity, structure, and formatting of AI-generated summaries.
- You can now summarize multilingual conversations in English for 10 languages.
3. Ambient Notes with Suki AI: If you use Ambient Notes with Suki AI, you can now set user preferences to style the note output. You can alter the verbosity and formatting of AI-generated summaries.
4. Orders and Diagnoses: You can now search for and select DSM-5 diagnoses in the Enhanced Diagnosis search tool, allowing you to document diagnoses that are consistent with the most recent diagnostic manual. This feature applies to providers in select specialties.

Confidentiality Indicators on Mobile:
You can now see when clinical data has been marked as confidential on desktop. Locked items will display a lock icon in the mobile app, helping you quickly recognize sensitive information.

1. 24-Month Lookback Limit for Items in the Clinical Inbox: The Clinical Inbox now displays only open tasks that were updated within the last 24 months, significantly reducing the volume of items in the inbox at a given time.
2. Display Medications from External Sources: You will now see an indicator for medications that were added to the patient chart from an external source through Medication Fill History Downloads, as well as the date the information was added.
3. Prescriber Messages: If you are a provider signing a renewal request for a controlled substance originally prescribed by a different provider, athenaOne mobile now displays a new prompt before you sign.
4. athenaTelehealth Participant Management: Patients can now enter the virtual waiting room when joining athenaTelehealth visits to better manage participants.
5. Ambient Notes with Suki AI — Supports Multilingual Capabilities and Patient Instructions: Ambient Notes with Suki AI can now summarize multilingual conversations in English for more than 80 languages and, when verbalized by the clinician, generate and transfer Patient Instructions to the chart.
