Version 2.0 includes bugfixes and major UI changes

• Initial user image is now being saved at first - thanks to several friendly users who sent us an email
• Backgrounding the app not only stops the audio but frees up the microphone - thanks to App Store Reviewer "Keeloid"
• Saying "Hey Metronome, slow down" or "speed up" will change the tempo by a default value of 5 bpm - Audiobus Forum member "audiobussy" suggestion
• We've got many improvements planned. We appreciate all your wonderful suggestions and kind words! :)
