Support for iOS 11

Added the ability to launch Cozmo's Day Off from other apps using the following URL Scheme:

Fixed bug that would prevent custom narration recordings and default narration from playing page to page. This also caused a page lock problem which is now fixed as well.

Cozmo's Day Off is now a universal application and supports iPad, iPhone, and iPod devices that are running iOS 4.0 or greater.
