Several improvements the Text mode word generation techniques.

Added transcription log for Text mode that keeps track of words generated for each session. This can be found in the settings menu under the Text tab by pressing the Transcription Log button.

Greatly improved quality of Speech mode random sound generation. 
- The new algorithm provides a much more random sound selection that produces better responses.

Fixed bug with the Test Effects feature
- All effects are now work while testing effects
