Updated Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and Treasury Regulations (e-CFR) to most recently available versions

Annual update to incorporate newest Internal Revenue Code (current through November 18, 2021 - Pub. L. 117-61, except 117-58) and Treasury Regulations (January 15, 2021) (e-CFR).  Note: The federal government updates regulations annually.  The version incorporated in TouchTax is the most recently available version, which may not reflect regulations issued since last government update of the e-CFR.  New version also fixes a few minor bugs relating to the feature for emailing sections and display of section headings.

Revised to address intermittent network access bug

TouchTax now incorporates the newest Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and Treasury Regulations from the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations.  The Treasury Regulations incorporate the newest regulatory changes as of November 22, 2020.  Future changes are on the horizon and will appear in future updates.  Newest version also incorporates bug fixes and updates required by changes in Apple's iOS system.  Thank you for using TouchTax.

Also now includes most up-to-date Treasury Regulations available from the GPO.  (The most up-to-date version available from the GPA as of February 3, 2018 was dated by the GPO as being of April 1, 2017.)

Updated Internal Revenue Code to Pub. L. 115-64 (updated through October 6, 2017).  Improvements to application to incorporate system features brought about by iOS 11.  Revisions to application to accommodate new iPhone X. Bug fixes to regulations link. New "Action of Decisions" information included in Internal Revenue Bulletin category.

TouchTax now features slide over and split view features.  Use TouchTax side by side with other compatible apps, like notes taking apps.

All new interface for iOS with many improvements including: ability to sort and reorder bookmarks and quick links; improved performance overall; fast and more efficient PDF generation and ability to generate PDFs without being online; PDFs may now be opened directly from TouchTax in any other PDF applications installed on the device; smoother transitions; ability to bookmark any page, not just sections; ability to generate PDFs from any page.  Application also includes most recent final regulations (from 2016 - yes, these are the most recent as of January 2017) and most recent Title 26 code (December 16, 2016).  Also includes regulations that were missing from prior application version.
