Recurring notifications!
By popular demand and with great pleasure I am releasing in this update the new notifications management which also includes the ability to enter daily or weekly recurring notifications.

Fixed time issue on some uncensored timezones

Minor bug fix

- Fixed using without location permissions
- Fixed incorrect time format in imperial and international systems
- The last selected custom location will now remain the default on application startup until another is chosen

Please note that no location data is saved outside the app or shared with third parties for tracking or advertising purposes

- Fixed bug "You can't insert notification in the past" when setting notification in a correct date.
- Changed SI wind units from m/s to km/h

- Following the suggestion of many users the use of gps is no longer mandatory and it is now possible to use the app without being automatic located. By the way, It is still possible to manually pin your location.
