Added more words and more insults!

New hangmen available.

You can now purchase hangmen from the gallery with game coins or through App Store purchase.

Added opportunity to get an extra guess when you're close to the answer.

Added a leaderboard for coins earned

New hangman gallery where you can select different hangmen like a monkey or clown.  Of course, you can still add the head of someone you know to the monkey or clown!
