Update Android Target Version

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

corrected tire data

- added presets;
- supported iPhone X screen

- added icons for iPad Pro and iPhone 6/7 Plus

- added more brands and tires
- added custom option for tires that are not listed
- added application state restoration
- converted to iOS 7 look
- minor changes

- added new tire brands (Alienation, Kenda, VeeRubber) and tire sizes
- fixed small bug
