Totality Map: Elevation data
Tap any city in the app’s city list, or any point in the totality path, to see altitude, latitude, and longitude. City elevations appear instantly, and custom points can fetch live elevation data.

Landscape mode improvements
Fixed a crash when opening the Totality Map in landscape on some older devices. Also improved the tap result card layout to avoid the notch and Dynamic Island when rotated.

Enhanced the City Picker with corrected Best and Great spot badges, plus a quick clear button in search.
Added helpful info buttons for Historical Viewing and Sun Altitude.
Added Best Spots viewing lists for Spain and Iceland.
Fixed incomplete translations.

Improved eclipse accuracy across the app with corrected local timings, totality/partial phase details, and magnitude values for all supported cities. This update also refreshes city notes and viewing details so eclipse coverage information is more consistent and reliable throughout the app.

Expanded eclipse coverage with 40 new cities across Iceland, France, Portugal, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Morocco, and Algeria. Added historical weather for every new city, updated totality/partial classifications using verified eclipse calculations, and polished the city picker so metric values now use consistent text sizing.

This update adds historical weather insights for eclipse planning, including Aug 12 cloud history, a new historical cloud score, and a dedicated Historical Weather view. We also improved Compare Spots, added historical weather inside the weather sheet, and refined the app’s menus and overall UI.
