- Fixed an issue where certain domains couldn't be queried
- Improved error handling for SSL certificate checks. The app now gracefully handles SSL API failures instead of failing the entire check

Improved SSL certificate checks with accurate expiry dates and HSTS status

We removed Quad9 (9.9.9.9) as a DNS provider since they removed their DoH (DNS over HTTPS) endpoint. 
We also added a new "Executive Summary" report option that provides a concise one-page overview alongside the existing detailed report format.
