Maintenance update. Updated a few dependencies and URLs.

Added a few themes. After selecting a tournament use the gear to change the color scheme.

A few improvements to pools.
* Added the ability to invite friends to a pool by sending them a link.
* Added an option for enabling seed scoring when creating a pool.
* Added an option for specifying whether a pool should be locked at tip off when creating a pool.

Speculate, fill in upcoming games and see how it impacts the scores in your groups.

The latest build includes game stats. Tap a game in the results bracket to see information about the game. After the tournament tips off this will show the percentage of brackets that chose each team to win.

New look for 2019. The functionality and overall flow is largely the same. Let me know what you think.

* Added a check or X in addition to the green or red text on user's brackets to indicate correct and incorrect picks. This is to aid users who are red green colorblind.
* Added help text on otherwise empty lists. This includes the scores or standings views prior to when a tournament has started and the user's bracket and pool views prior to when the user has created any brackets or pools.

Allow specifying a custom number of points per round when creating a pool. Scoring for a pool is displayed when joining a pool.

A few minor usability improvements.

Fixed a bug with teams that have been eliminated in an early round. They weren't appearing red in the rounds that haven't been played yet.
