Adds Nassau scoring and setup to the App!  Nassau scoring is independent of whether you are playing Wolf or not, so you can use the App for just keeping score, playing Wolf, playing Nassau, or all at the same time.  No special score entry required for Nassau scoring - just enter the players' gross scores on each hole as you do when playing Wolf.  Up to 6 Nassau matches (every player in a foursome playing a Nassau against every other player in the foursome) are shown and scored.  The Nassau setup screen, on the Game Setup screen, is used to setup all aspects of the Nassau matches.

The User's Guide has been updated to reflect Nassau screen and Nassau Matches setup screens.

Updated to use the World Handicap System for calculating Course HCP (now based on course rating, slope, and par and utilizes requisite new formulas).

Updated the "Adjusted Score" on the Scorecard tab so that it is calculated based on the World Handicap System.

Revised the "Frequently Encountered Rules of Golf" to reflect the 2019 modernization of the Rules of Golf by the USGA and the R&A.

Fixed a bug that that prevented course selection with certain iOS versions.
