DualDoppler5000 maintenance

This version improves location updating for push notifications, and resolves specific push notification issues for many users. It removes unnecessary permissions for better security, and includes general maintenance and security updates. Future updates will continue to resolve push notification issues for all remaining users. Users can expect a more reliable and secure experience with these changes.

- We've fixed a bug that was causing some users to have their Current Location cached for a longer-than-usual period of time. We also appreciate all the feedback from our users regarding the 6.0 update to our app. We have more updates planned that will address some of the more common issues we've been hearing about. After you add our widget to your homescreen, you'll get a glimpse of current conditions and the 3-day forecast for your selected location, plus an alert indicator for any active alerts from your saved locations. Widgets give you one-tap access to the complete forecast from your favorite local weather team.
