Updated Bridge game play engine. Lots of small improvements in bidding + card play which add up to overall stronger game play. Added bid analysis into tournament bidding. Added link to a substantial bidding user guide explicitly for Bridge V+, how it bids, why, example hands. Obviously not every player will play this way, but it covers how Bridge V+ is playing.
