The all-new PipeNWire is here — completely redesigned, rebuilt, and recharged for today’s electricians.

This major update is more than just a fresh coat of paint. We’ve taken everything you loved about the original PipeNWire and rebuilt it from the ground up with a faster, smarter, and more powerful experience. Whether you’re a seasoned journeyman or an apprentice, this version gives you the speed and accuracy you need on the job.

Major Improvements:

• Modern, Intuitive Interface
PipeNWire now features a clean, easy-to-use design that works beautifully. Quickly select your pipe material, wires, and fill percentage, and get instant results.

• Support for All NEC Standard Wires
We’ve loaded in the most common wire types (THHN, XHHW, RHH, and more) along with their respective gauges and area values—accurate and compliant with the latest NEC conduit fill tables.

• Smart Conduit Picker
The app automatically centers on the smallest conduit size that meets your selected fill percentage. Easily scroll left or right to explore other sizes and see how each affects the total fill.

• Save & Reload Calculations
Now you can save your work! Give your calculation a name and load it anytime. Perfect for job planning, estimating, or record-keeping. You can also update saved calculations with new values.

• Manual Pipe Size Override
Need to choose a larger pipe size for easier pulls or future expansion? No problem. Override the recommended size and still see accurate fill data for your selection.

• Persistent Preferences
PipeNWire remembers your last-used pipe type, wire selection, and fill % so you can jump back in quickly and pick up right where you left off.

• Built on a Modern Codebase
The entire app has been rewritten in Swift using Apple’s latest frameworks. That means better performance, smoother animations, and long-term support for future iOS versions.

• Improved support for fractional and large conductor sizes
• Faster performance and improved reliability
• Cleaner visual layout for fill percentages and wire data
• Enhanced compatibility with newer iPhones and iOS versions

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

Compatible with iOS 7.0 and above.  Squashed some calculation bugs.

-Added ability to specify a different %fill.  Just tap on the edit button and adjust the slider to your desired % fill.

-You can override the app's pipe calculation by swiping on the pipe size on the Results screen.  Go bigger or smaller, the app recalculates on the fly.

-Minor bug fixes included.
