Fasted now covers your whole day. v1.2 is the biggest update since launch. Here's everything that's new. Custom fasting plans The four preset schedules are still there. Now you can also create your own plan with any fasting and eating window combination that works for your life. Full hydration tracking Water tracking is now a complete system, not just a log button. Set your own daily target, or let Fasted calculate a recommended goal based on your profile. Track your intake throughout the day with a live progress indicator and a pace projection — so you can see at a glance whether you're on track to hit your goal, not just how much you've had. Consistency metrics show how reliably you're hitting your target over time. Optional notifications remind you to drink before the day runs away from you. Apple Health integration Fasted now connects to Apple Health in both directions. Completed fasts and water intake are written to your Health data automatically. Sleep hours and resting heart rate are read as context for the AI weekly insight, making the analysis smarter without any of your data leaving your device. Interactive widgets The widgets have been rebuilt from the ground up. You can now track and control both fasting and water intake directly from your Home Screen or StandBy — without opening the app. Fully redesigned Apple Watch app The Watch app has been rebuilt to cover fasting, hydration, and metrics in a single cohesive experience. New complications let you monitor your fasting status and water intake on any watch face, at a glance, without opening anything. Siri integration via App Intents Say "Start my fast with Fasted" or "Log 250ml of water in Fasted" — and you're done, from iPhone or Apple Watch. The full set of App Intents also works with the Shortcuts app for more advanced automations.
