New GUI and support for all new iphone models

Now with presets (sleep, relax, awake and meditate) and memory slots for your favorite entrainment tones.

Long time, no see!

- Now the isochronic app supports all the new iPhone models and works with the latests SDKs (improved sound for some and better use of your hardware for all)
- Lower start for the isochronic frequency (Now starts at 0.0Hz, I guess it won't get much lower than that) with the great sound quality you are familiar with.
- The carrier frequency now goes from 50 to 999Hz
- Compatible with iOS 8 and higher

Now you can have entrainment sessions!!

Just move the small black indicator below the isochronic control and go from one frequency to another.
