E-ZPass Account Enhancements:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Strengthen security by implementing MFA for account access.
• Business Account Management: Allow businesses to manage their accounts via the mobile app.
• Residency Enrollment: Enable automatic online enrollment for residency or submission of supporting documents for review.
• Vehicle Discount Plan Enrollment: Facilitate customer enrollment in a vehicle discount plan through submission of necessary documentation.
• Online Transaction Dispute: Let customers dispute transactions and create cases directly online.
• Case Updates: Allow customers to update existing cases without needing to open a new one.
• Correspondence Archive: Provide a centralized location where customers can view all communications (emails, texts, mail) related to their account.
• Digital Wallet Integration: Support Apple Pay and Google Pay for payments on both E-ZPass accounts and Tolls By Mail.
 
Temporary Travel Account (TTA) Features:
• Extended Vehicle Addition: Permit customers to add vehicles for durations ranging from 30 days to 6 months.
• Vehicle Management: Enable management of up to 2 vehicles per account.
• Account Access: Allow customers to create and manage login credentials for easy access to their accounts.
 
Tolls By Mail (TBM) Account Improvements:
• Unified Account Access: Provide customers with a unified interface for managing both Private and Business Toll Bills.
