Fix SPECI METAR parsing

Updated to support new data API format

- Added a new datasource-driven station search flow in both the app and widget configurations

- Added a timer to each METAR widget to indicate when it was last refreshed.

Based on feedback, added a new widget empty state to guide new users to configure their first widget. Station searching has been improved both in-app and in-widget, and the widget station search UI has been updated to separate saved stations from the rest.

Fix a crash affecting users in non-US locales with 24-hour system clocks.

Fixed a couple of pesky visual bugs, and added an Easter egg.
