1.Fix known bugs

Update SDK 16.0 and test with iPhone 14.

- Tide List View is available to view all the tide locations for the selected state
- Moon Calendar view

Improve usability:
- Increase the size of the annotation view for including more information
- Increase the size of the map view in order to be able to view more annotations at the same time.
- Use transparency for the annotation view so that you can view the essential information and yet look at the map at the same time.

Fix issues:
- When a location is selected for the first time, the annotation view does not show up.

Add tide chart with scroll support.

- Address the clustering issue. Now clustering will display properly all the time.
- Show annotations for the selected area (Pro version only).
- Select annotation automatically from a table (Pro version only) and adjust the location of the annotation.

New features and bug fixes.

Redesign the app to work with the latest iPhone and iPad.

This update is signed with Apple’s latest signing certificate. No new features are included.
