A couple of improvements
- Fixed slider graphics on newer bigger iPhones

- Added swipe gestures to journals (left and right to turn page and up or down to put journal back)

+ Fixed Hot-Spot hints. Slider can be set to turn hints completely off. No more accidental hints!

+ Added Link to Riven Hint Guide at the top of Riven help.
+ Added clearer "off" indication on "Transitions" slider.
