Minor bug fixes and improvements.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Stability improvement

- Old Easytag games now converted to Easytag-Note Notebooks
- Time format option added (milliseconds or hh:mm:ss.000)
- New option to pause timing when stopped

This version is an iOS 10 compatible update of our EasyTag app based on a simplified Dartfish Note interface. No myDartfish subscription is required but functionality is more limited than in both these apps. If already using EasyTag and have not yet updated to iOS 10 you may prefer to continue using the older app.
