Support for Dropbox's new authentication requirements. After Dropbox forces the change on September 30, 2021, if Dropbox support in Attendance2 does not work for you, please unlink and relink with Dropbox on the app's first screen.
Now that Dropbox has provided privacy information about their service, I have updated the app's privacy guidelines. Note that I do not collect any data so if you do not use the Dropbox functionality, no data should be collected. If you use the options to load/save data from Dropbox, they do collect some information in order to connect to their service. Here is their information:

Fix for import from Contacts. Apple started requiring special approval for apps to access the Note field in a Contact so do not import that field for now.

Prevent crash if set QR scanning to mark a different status if person is late but did not indicate which status to use when late.

When uploading QR Codes for entire course, upload a zip file containing the PNG files. Otherwise courses with hundreds of students did not have a few PNG files uploaded.

Requires iOS 10.2 or higher.
Prevent duplicates when importing names from another course (based on identifier field or matching first and last name).
Specify starting value for identifier field when using "Add ID to Enrolled Persons" option.
Spreadsheet reports now show percentages if the percentages Report Setting is on.

Minor UI tweak.

A course remembers the columns import order for CSV files from the last time you imported a CSV file into that course.

Option to re-order buttons in Take screen scrollview. Open course, scroll to Course/Group Settings and select Take screen button order.

When importing a person from another course, it will copy the attendance record information if you took attendance on same dates in both courses. This is useful when moving a student from one section of a course to another.

Requires iOS 9 or higher. UI tweaks for iPhone X. I will not have an iPhone X so if you have one and notice any UI glitches, please let me know. Many internal code updates to continue working on new iOS versions.

Visual indication of scanning a QR code that is a re-scan of a code or if code not found (darken and brighten screen).

Option to change enrollment status for multiple people by tapping their names. Open your course file, select "Enrollment Changes" and tap names to change them from enrolled to not enrolled (checkmark indicates they are enrolled).

Note: if you use Dropbox you must update Attendance2 before June 2017 as they changed how apps are allowed to work with their service.

Fix for force touch to open for course names with spaces or non-ASCII characters. Remove leading/trailing spaces from course names as it prevented QR codes from being uploaded to Dropbox. Note: if you use Dropbox you must update Attendance2 before June 2017 as they changed how code is allowed to work with their service.

Now requires iOS 8 or higher to support new Dropbox V2 API that Dropbox is requiring in June 2017. If you launch this new version of Attendance2 once before June 28, 2017 (and you have internet connectivity when launching it), it should migrate your existing Dropbox settings, but when I tried it, it did not always work. If you launch it for the first time after that date or Dropbox says it is not linked, choose the option to Unlink with Dropbox and then choose the option to Link with Dropbox and that will reconnect Attendance2 with Dropbox.

Please note if your are using Attendance2 on an iOS 7 device, you cannot update to this version and Dropbox will stop working with Attendance2 on June 28, 2017 for iOS 7 users of Attendance2. There is nothing I can do about this as Dropbox is turning off the old API effective June 28, 2017 and their new API requires iOS 8 or higher. You should still be able to use version 4.9 of Attendance2 on iOS 7 devices other than the Dropbox functionality. You can use the options to email backup files and import .adz and .csv data from email attachments.

On iPhones with 3D Touch (aka force press), force pressing on the Attendance2 icon gives you the option to launch and open one of the first few courses.
