Added new bailout planning options to specifically select the CCR bailout point.

Double tapping the dive leg will now allow you to select the bailout point for a dive.

Completely revamped how multi-level diving is computed.  Prior release only allowed for each leg of a multi-level plan to be shallower than the first.  This version removes this limitation.

Also changed CCR bail-out planning for multi-level diving.  iDeco Pro no longer stops calculating at the first leg, and treats the last leg of a multi-level dive as the worst failure point.
