Bug fixes and improvements

Fixes crash reported by users.

Restores background chiming, which was reported missing on some devices running the latest system.

Updated notification code for compatibility with latest OS.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

• Now works with iOS 9, while still supporting versions 7 and 8.
• Supports all four iPhone screen sizes: 4, 5, 6 and 6 plus.
• Supports 3D Touch home screen shortcuts on iPhone 6s and 6s plus to quickly toggle digital clock and chimes on/off.
• Improved support for VoiceOver accessibility.
• The movement of the minutes hand is now gradual.
No full screen iPad support yet, but it will come at a later date.
