Minor update to the random pole generator

We've added a bundle of 28 new layouts complete with 96 fresh exercises available as an in-app purchase. These are in addition to our 52 default layouts.

We've added 12 new random layouts - that's 24 new lines to ride through, which should keep you busy!

(Plus we've fixed the wrong colour coding for the lines through random layout no.14)

Minor bug fixes

We've just launched for iPhone and iPad.
