Fixed a bug that caused Pogo Stick Guy (currently available in the unlockable "all characters" levels and in the editor) to spin wildly out of control.

5 new levels for Effective Shopper! Bug fixes.

Levels 1 - 5 have been added for Effective Shopper. Finish all 5 and unlock 1 level for all the characters.
