Several fixes: Unable to delete saved scorecards in AS v1.2x & Screen Scrolling (Ends & Score Wheel)  slowed down after keying in multiple Ends.  Also improved graphics for newer devices.

We extended the Animal ends from 10 to 14, and added a preset for NFAA 5-Spot.

Improved printing support, now prints all arrow scores.
