Fixes South's card positioning bug that could force table cards too high on phones in landscape mode, obscuring North's play.

Smaller cards on older phones; adds option in settings for larger cards on phones. Menu buttons more translucent so you can view North's cards in "Show All" mode.

Larger buttons in alert dialogs. Trump marriage setting now ignored if bid was dumped on first bidder. Bid-winning robot who the bid was dumped on now chooses better trump suit. If a player makes an unreasonable jump bid too extreme to be considered a meld bid, the robots no longer trust jump bids later that hand by the same player to be legit meld bids. Fixes logic error that caused robot to sometimes not pass 2nd queen of spades when partner bid pinochle suit.
