New Sample Slicer Engine: - A new Slicer mode can be selected from the Sample tab, which allows you to create up to 16 slices of a sample - Use the Slices knob to automatically create equidistant slices - Open the fullscreen waveform view to add, remove, or reposition slices with more precision - In the fullscreen waveform view, if you've selected the add or remove functions, use the top half of the waveform to perform those functions (pressing in the bottom half allows you to still play the slices) - The Slicer engine has 3 different play modes, Trigger (play slice with envelope settings, ignoring sustain), Gate (play slice with envelope settings including sustain), Loop (if the end of the slice is reached while a note is still playing, it will loop) - If a channel is in Slicer mode, its piano roll and Keys tab will have a different layout to reflect the number of slices you've set - Play and record your slices live from the Keys tab, or even by just pressing the slices in the waveform view - New presets by Andrew Huang

NEW MIDI IMPLEMENTATION - MIDI button: Enters MIDI configuration, with a menu to connect controllers and make assignments. - Two MIDI input modes: KEY allows you to play notes on the currently selected channel, MAP allows you to assign notes and CC messages to various parameters in the app (any that are outlined in red while you have MIDI configuration open). Switch between them any time for your current use case. - MIDI output: Flip will send MIDI notes from its sequencers and CC's from its automation lanes to the selected output ports. OTHER NEW FEATURES - Increased pattern length: Maximum has been extended from 4 to 16 bars. - One-shot samples: Samples can be triggered in full without needing to hold down a pad or create long notes in the piano roll. Every channel's envelope now has a power button - turn the envelope off to have a sample play its entire duration any time it's triggered.
