New FAR 117 break.

Typically used on shorter flights with 3 pilots to comply with FAR 117.
When 3 equal breaks would be less than 2 hours, 3 Pilots-FAR 117 break will ensure PF does not get less than a 2 hour break.  PF- always gets 2 hours.  PM and IRO split remaining break time as long as PM gets at least 90 minutes.  PM will never get a break time under 90 minutes.

Report time and taxi-in time (defaulted to 7 minutes) are inputs so as to accurately calculate FDP.  First half and second half of FDP visually shown across break schedule.  Assumes PF will take 3rd break so as to comply with FAR 117.

+ Added day and night theme options which can be accessed in settings by tapping the cog icon.

+ Adjusting Off Time, Flight Time or On Time no longer defaults the current Break Option.

• Flight Breaks has been updated to add support for new screen sizes and improves compatibility with future versions of iOS.

+ Added "4 Pilots Center Block" dual ratio options to support specific break durations.
