Updated to use the latest Google libraries.

Stability improvements, better registration process, in-app purchase support, ability to delete one's account, a link to terms of usage which includes privacy policy.

Added a settings page on which users can modify their basic settings, contact information and, most importantly, access a link to re-authorize Gixen on eBay.

Bug fixes:
- Status of snipes was previously not shown properly
- Status of snipe on the mirror server was previously not shown properly

A minor bug that colours some snipes in yellow when it shouldn't has been fixed now.
