Updated to handle Dark Mode

Fixed a bug so the Info button now works to pop up information about the inputs to a Bid.
Also fits screens better to smaller phones.

Fixes a bug when users taps add new job button right after deleting all jobs.
Updates code to use latest Swift 4 release.
