Authentication, Security & App Experience
Upgraded AUTH Connect and biometric authentication systems.
Action required: Users will need to sign in again after updating to this version.
Improved scanning reliability: Updated Scan Bot license key and resolved an issue affecting check scanning on iPads.
Navigation fixes: Corrected Pension Payment account navigation display and link behavior.
UI text correction: Fixed biometric-related text in the hamburger menu.
Account balance display fix: Resolved empty Balance and Contribution tabs for multi‑client users and for terminated plans or clients.
Branding correction: Client logo update for enrollment
Document link fixes: Resolved issues where certain fund links were unavailable in PDF documents.

We’re excited to introduce the new Voya mobile app, a unified experience that brings together the best of Voya Retire and myVoyage into one secure, updated, and personalized platform. This consolidation simplifies access and accelerates performance, while delivering integrated financial guidance.

What’s New

• One app, one experience: The Voya Retire and myVoyage apps are now merged into a single application—simply called Voya.

• Integrated account access: Users can now manage all their Voya accounts—retirement, nonqualified deferred compensation, Health Account Solutions (HAS), and retail—through one login.

• Enhanced performance: Improvements include faster load times, better caching, and more content delivered natively within the app.

• Updated design and messaging: The app incorporates myVoyage’s sleek design and personalized messaging capabilities, helping users stay engaged and informed with improved landing, all accounts and account summary pages.

• Spanish-language support: The app is accessible in Spanish, with all account management features available.

• Embedded myVoyage features: myVoyage users will have access to additional features such as personalized support for workplace benefits and savings options and access to stay on top of healthcare needs by tracking out-of-pocket expenses and reminders for preventive care.
