Several fixes:
- fix rare crashes, and misc display issues
- fix PB issues, especially after a false start
- cleanup leaderboards of fake PBs: you may have to swim again that event to clock your time!
- recompiled and fully updated for iOS8+ 64bit devices
- fine-tuned color of swim suits player vs AI
- added 25 extra levels and power ups to reach maximum
