The calculator now computes the base support to line up with the outside or inside edge of the elbow it is supporting (for dummy leg use)

Added iPhone 5 support. Revised accuracy of dimensions. Discovered that there was a mistake in the calculations after a customer complained that the dimensions were not accurate. Inspection and review confirmed this. The program is now VERY ACCURATE
