Added Flanged Valves to Wheel View

Fixed bug in Wheel view related to flange information. Added links to recommended apps to easily open apps in app store.

Added Branch reinforcement fittings (Olets) to wheel view. Revised flange takeout lengths in wheel view (ring joint facing and 1/4" facing were inadvertently omitted previously).

Added Reducing fittings to Wheel view. This includes BW reducing tees, Concentric and Eccentric BW Reducers, Concentric and Eccentric Swages.
