Pit Stop Timer GPS improvements & options

1.45 had two embarrassing bugs! Thankfully, now they're now both fixed.

...and of course, the many bug fixes that were part of 1.45, the user interface improvements, and the pit stop timer function are still here.

If you install 1.46 and still see continuous usage of location services, please note that Car Care still uses low-power location sensing for up to 9 minutes after the app closes for the GPS pit stop timer (this will be able to be turned off *completely* in the next update).
If you still see it using location services constantly, do the following:
1) Open the Settings app
2) Tap General > Reset > Reset Location Warnings

This will reset the location usage of all the apps in your system to ensure nothing is using location that it shouldn't be.  It will also ensure that the system forgets the old setting Car Care was using, and now limits Car Care's location services usage properly.

A bug fix addressing the GPS and crashes in 1.45 has been submitted to the app store - 1.46 coming very soon.
We took Car Care through the car wash, polished up the outside, and gave it a tune-up.
