•The explanation text for the Label, Learn, and Quiz modes on iPads is now presented in a popup window controlled by a button, rather than being squeezed into a small window at the bottom right.
•All Subtopics are now displayed in two scrollable windows on the Subtopic Menu. This replaces the single window of Main topics that required tapping to expand and contract the list of items.
•The Search Menu has been reorganized and simplified.
•The process for identifying and displaying specific slides has been simplified.

•The Search feature presents slides containing images and/or text that are related to keywords, such as aorta, glomerulus, or zona pellucida.
•A process for showing any of the 2179 slides has been added.
•A link to Instructions on the Start window provides descriptions of all aspects of the app.

The layout for iPhones has been updated to accommodate an increase in the font size of image descriptions and instructions, which facilitates readability. This requires text scrolling in some cases. The layout for iPads now allows proper display of micrographs on all models. Navigation buttons to the Start Menu have been added to the Main and Subtopic menus.

The layout has been updated so that micrographs display properly on the new iPad mini (6th generation).

•A Labeled Mode has been added, which includes 92 micrographs covering highlights of the 19 Main Topics. The names of key items appear on the micrographs. These labels can be removed or replaced by tapping the screen, allowing immediate self-testing. This mode helps anyone new to a topic to quickly learn the microanatomical features needed to identify tissues and organs.
•Ten new questions have been added to the Nervous Tissue topic.

•A Quiz now persist through exits and restarts. This allows the user to spread self-testing of large amounts of material over many sessions. The user can choose to delete a Quiz at any time.
•Buttons linking to slides marked for review have been added to the Main and Subtopics menus.

This version allows the user to rate and review the App.
