Returns a la Carte
We’re excited to introduce Returns a la Carte! Available now for iOS users at select locations, this feature makes returns more convenient than ever.
Key Features:
Flexible Returns: Return boxed and unboxed items directly through the app.
Easy Label Upload: Simply upload a digital label (PDF) for seamless processing, including support for Amazon returns.
Carrier Options: Our partners handle the pickup and ensure your package reaches the correct carrier – USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
This update is the first phase of a gradual rollout. We’ll be expanding and improving this feature based on your feedback to provide a smoother returns experience.

- New UI Design: The most noticeable change is the updated navigation bar, now located at the bottom of the screen, for easier access and a cleaner interface. This replaces the banner ads that previously appeared on the home screen.
- Improved Menu Layout: The menu is now organized into three clear sections: Account, Settings, and Support, making it simpler to find what you need.

- NPS Survey Now Available
We’ve added the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey directly into the app, making it easier for you to provide feedback and help us improve your experience.

- Improved Package Label Visibility
We fixed an issue where the zoom functionality on delivery photos wasn't working as expected. You can now zoom in and view package labels clearly, ensuring you have all the details at your fingertips.

- Enhanced Email Login Flexibility
We resolved an issue that was preventing some users from logging in due to strict email validation. The login process is now more flexible, ensuring a smoother experience when signing in.

- Improved App Experience with No Internet
Previously, our mobile app wouldn’t function without an internet connection, preventing you from using basic features like package pickups. We’ve now added a capability that allows you to use essential functions, like picking up your packages, even without an internet connection. The app will sync necessary information when you’re online, so you can still perform pickups when offline. This enhancement ensures you can always access your packages, regardless of your connection status.
