Fixed some issues with Marvelous Mah Jongg card, including:
- Hands with individual jokers not being scored
- Very rare bot crashes
- Suggested hands failing based on the ordering of jokers in exposures

The brightness pulse turn marker is now weaker, and activates on a 5 second delay.
