App has be completely rewritten, with safeguards to prevent crases.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Fix auto layout issue where long team names were causing the Create Tournament button to move.

Added Score recording and reporting. Players are sorted by Wins and Scores at the bottom of the page that shows the Rounds. The summary email also contains the sorted scores.
