- Added text below a players name that shows how far off the lead they are.
- Added ability to change how player list is sorted. Choose from either `Player Turn` or `Score`.
- Sorting by Score is the new default in a Single Play game.
- Various bugs and crashes fixed.

Added ability to show a larger total in group play.

Fixed a bug on group play where sometimes it would assign the wrong players turn after all players had banked in a round.
